But I spoke with a local advocate who saw the Tacoma detention center first hand, so I'm more apt to believe him. Let me know if you find anything good. But it's almost Spring in New York and well, the exercise in me is calling, nay RECLAIMING the pants to their proper monicker. As for all the other stuff?
