It's somewhat arrhythmic and can be tough to listen to at first. I find it so complex that it takes me several listens to understand what is going on. That, I think, is pretty effin cool. I think you really should look into Elliott Smith. You've hear him before if you watched Good Will Hunting - he's on the soundtrack.
